They said no that I would have to return the extra small and we buy the small. Keep in mind I paid for shipping for the extra small to get to me and had to pay for shipping to return it. And paid for shipping to get the size small that's too big. I'm not going to pay for shipping again to return it. Waste of time and waste of money.
