USPS could’ve believe someone would do this and made it very clear that the seller was in the wrong. They shipped 60 books in 2 boxes when it should have been several. Box 2 of 2 was so severely damaged, they couldn’t deliver it and asked I picked it up at the post office in fear it would fall apart. There was no protective wrapping between the books and torn up box besides a thin veil of plastic. We have shipped 4 or 5 of the same sets previously in 2 boxes and have never had an issue until now. (All books WERE wrapped in polypro bags for protection and the boxes were packed tight to prevent damage by the USPS, although it sounds like the handling was rough.) I do agree, in the future we will use 3 boxes instead of 2 to better distribute the weight of the 95 pound set.
