Seller was very rude told me the phone would unlock in 90 days and I called the carrier (Verizon) and he had a outstanding bill of 1,000+ I either pay it or I can't use the phone,he will not pay it and he has since changed the listing and when called out about it he stopped responding. Reported him and contacted eBay and nothing happened so just do not buy from this man he is a liar and just stealing money for useless phones. When I messaged buyer to let them know that we photograph every phone prior to shipping and record all serial numbers, and that we would file criminal charges if she attempted to return an item other than what was shipped to her, she immediately closed her return request.

I was able to look up the exact part number and after a couple of days of shipping, the piece arrived whole and well wrapped. After two hours making sure everything fit, my tv came back to life.
