After I complained to Evri who passed on my comments to the driver, it appears the driver had a meltdown and decided to just return to back to the seller. The seller was understanding and issued a full refund as they had no more stock to send out replacements. Great customer service from seller during this unfortunate situation which was not the sellers fault.

And What a cool breeze it gives out, even without the cooling on, even better with water, cannot wait to try the Icepacks, and it covers the whole of the room, such a strong fan. Great idea being able to remove the tank for cleaning. Many Thanks.

I was sent the wrong bags at first but following my contact with the company I was sent another set which got lost and so another set was sent - which I received.
