It was going to be delivered on Monday but I was able to call the post-office and pick it up. The CPU was packaged very securely and arrived in great condition. The CPU looked like it was new. The CPU detected as a 4790k. The CPU past all testing, operated at the specified power, speed, and temperature. The 4790k have voltage issues with the stock turbo 4.5. I opted out of messing with that

These sellers all share the same warehouse, which is 3rd party. You have to order and waste your time just so they can tell you, they don’t have what they advertise. Even though it lists as having more than 10. eBay allows them to just false advertise and ask you to cancel the sale so, it looks bad on you, not them.
