Very responsive and item was exactly as pictured. Snowboard and binding were very well packaged in a large box with cushioning. Handling time was a day or two, but the item was shipped in less than a day, which was extremely fast. Shipping cost was more than quoted, and quickly worked it out with seller, which was understandable due to size.

I offered to accept a partial return, seller was belligerent, accused me of lying, very difficult to deal with, I was not going to battle with him over a $74 purchase. Can’t offer a stronger warning to not buy from him. This is a common scam here on eBay. Have a damaged item, purchase the same from a seller like myself and then try to return their previously owned item. eBay allows ANYONE to return an item but once I pointed out that I mark all my items in a unique place and will know if I am getting my item or theirs's they went dark AND COULD ONLY RESORT TO COMPLAIN VIA THIS REVIEW. STAY AWAY FROM SELLING TO THIS SCAMMER.
