They contacted me when they received the board & when they shipped it within 2 days after receiving. I got the board back quickly and installed it on my treadmill and the treadmill works now. These boards are hard to replace, so I'm very happy with this service available to do a repair.

They also went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot after the replacement board didn't fix the problem immediately - turns out the main wiring harness also needed to be replaced. After all of that I'm back up and running! I'd definitely recommend them to others. They saved me a ton of money and their expertise was very valuable. A+
