I received the stator, and while installing it the wire retaining screw fell out (no big deal). I took it back out to snug it up and there are no threads, so I grab each coil and wiggle them. ALL THREE COILS had a screw loose, and all three were stripped! I contacted the seller, and he blames me and says he doesn’t know why I even touched them with a screwdriver. Administering threadlocker and snugging them up is no big deal! We're surprised that the problem was reported to us only after an attempted tightening: such an intervention can damage the threads and void the warranty. If they had actually been loosened, you would have noticed immediately. Under normal conditions, as demonstrated by other checks, the screws do not loosen.
