General signs of wear — especially from regular use — are not considered faults. Stitching, scuffing, fading, or interior wear caused by daily use do not qualify for return or refund unless a clear fault is evident UPON RECEIPT OF GOODS..
2/ Dispatched and packaging costs include labour, materials and fees for third-party posting services.
3/We cannot be held responsible for delays after dispatch, especially at peak times prior to Christmas. We recommend purchasing early to avoid disappointment. Once an item is dispatched, it is out of our control and handled by a third party. We use Royal Mail UK. If there is a delay after 10 working days for UK, 20 working days for Europe and 25 working days for rest of the world, send us an email stating such and we will assist you in investigating where your order is.

Import duties, taxes, and charges may be charged separately.

Parcel tracking will not move whilst held in customs and at peak times such as December, there are likely to be delays due to the backlog of parcels.
Once an item leaves UK, it is no longer handled by Royal Mail UK and is dealt with by your own national postage service. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT AN ITEM CANNOT BE CLASSED AS LOST UNTIL 20 WORKING DAYS HAVE PASSED FOR EUROPE AND 25 WORKING DAYS FOR OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD. These are Royal Mail s conditions of postage.
RETURNS:
1. Change of Mind / Unwanted Items
If you change your mind or no longer want the item, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided:
* The item is returned in the same condition as received
* All tags and original packaging are included
* Missing parts or removed tags may result in no refund, and we may report misuse to eBay
Please ensure the item is securely packaged. We cannot refund items damaged in return transit due to inadequate packaging.

If you believe the item is faulty or not as described, please contact us first. We’re happy to help.
* A full refund, including original postage, will be issued upon return if the item is confirmed faulty or misdescribed.
* For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind), a refund will be issued for the item price only — postage is non-refundable.
