  These shipped quickly and arrived intact. Thank you. The packing was minimal, just the plastic vial you see in the picture, loose inside a thin plastic bag envelope, with a shipping label on it. But it got here intact, with all the paper strips still inside the vial too. So maybe this sketchy packing is good enough. I think I would have wrapped some paper around the vial. There was room in the envelope for it. Forgive my wariness about secure packing. Like I said, this one arrived intact.

  Hello. Thank you for the feedback. We've very rarely had issues shipping like this. The one time I can think of the whole package basically got eaten by the sorting machine and nothing would have really survived that.

  Hello, I bought this item thinking it was one thing. But when I received it, I realized that it was not the item that I needed. I went to see if maybe it was possible to return it. I thought it would be a real hassle, if it was even possible at all. But I went to my order and lo and behold there was the option to return. I clicked in it and it was a smooth transaction.
