I immediately cancelled it but it said it was too soon. I didn’t stop until I could ask to cancel it but the seller declined cancelling it and sent it out anyway. It has now arrived not even packaged properly, it’s leaked everywhere and there was one rubbish bit of paper with it, of course it would get broken! He couldn’t even be bothered to package it protectively. Rip off

If I had noticed that there would be no shipping updates I would not have ordered from them. I was disappointed that the seller did not let me know that there was a problem with my order when they have a good rating. Ebay finally refunded my money.

It seemed to be a different product because the picture didn't match the item but that's just a product design change by the manufacturer. It's exactly the same lotion it has always been. Appearance was fine. Would buy from this seller again.
