Buyer stated: “I suggest you accept the return” after lying about our email conversation in the false return case they opened. Then they disassembled and attempted to repair the item, and once they realized it wasn’t going to be an easy/cheap fix, they made false claims and lied multiple times in order to avert eBay’s policies and our return policy.
