Returns and Refunds
If your item arrives faulty in a way not described, or if we’ve sent you the wrong item, please contact us through the eBay returns process. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Important: The eBay returns system must not be used for change-of-mind returns. Doing so is considered misuse under eBay s Buying Practices Policy and may be reported, potentially resulting in sanctions to your account.
If you’ve changed your mind or purchased in error, please initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned within 14 days of that request, in its original packaging and in the same condition as received. For clothing, all original labels and tags must be present.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and/or signed service, as refunds will only be issued once the item is safely received. Damaged or lost returns in these cases are the sender’s responsibility.
Refunds for change-of-mind returns will include the item price and the cost of the lowest postage option available at the time of ordering.
Payment and Dispatch
If you wish to delay payment to bid on additional items, please let us know. Payment is expected within three days unless otherwise agreed. Once paid, we are required by eBay policy to dispatch quickly and cannot hold items.
We do not end auctions early.
Combined Shipping
UK buyers: Pay postage for the heaviest item only. Additional items in the same parcel are sent free (for the cheapest shipping option).
International buyers: Postage is based on total weight and parcel size. Contact us before paying, and we’ll provide a combined shipping quote.
Combined orders must be paid for in one transaction and cannot be merged after payment.
Item Descriptions
We aim to highlight any major flaws in the description and photographs. Many items are vintage or antique and may show minor signs of age, which should be expected.
Please review all photos and the full description. Photos form part of the item description.

While we are knowledgeable, we don’t claim to be experts in every category. If something important is missing or incorrect, it is unintentional – feel free to get in touch.
If an item includes a box, certificate, or any accessory, it will be shown in the photos and/or mentioned in the description. If not, it is not included.
Shipping Information
UK buyers: Multiple postal options are available – choose the one that best suits your needs.
International buyers: Shipping is typically via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or Parcelforce Worldwide. Large or heavy parcels may be sent via other couriers.
Customs delays can occur and are outside our control. Any customs/import charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please note: Collections are not possible. Items are dispatched from different locations and are not held at the address listed on the eBay page.
We reserve the right to upgrade the shipping carrier or service at no extra cost to you.
