I wanted the powered adapter but did not look closely at the add. I did not see the select button and it was set on just the adapter. My error, but the add could have been a little clearer since it showed a picture of the powered adapter

What I didn't like is that the seller provided a fake tracking number, and when I told him the tracking number wasn't working, he said "USPS FCM letter mail (letter tracking number is not traceable)." I told him that it it would be better not to provide a tracking number at all since it doesn't work anyway.

While I can’t comment on the product’s quality or performance since it wasn’t delivered, the seller’s customer service was commendable. The situation was frustrating, but no fault lies with the seller. Marking positive due to the sellers helpful attitude.
