  The seller communication was great! I spoke with them prior to my purchase regarding measurements and they responded very quickly. The shipping was reasonable and I received a tracking number a day after ordering. The chair was packed very well and there was no additional damage to any part of the chair or accessories. The pictures were very accurate and the seller was more than happy to clarify my questions. I think the value is great and I hope to order from this seller again.

  The wheelchair is truly amazing! Better than described. It came super clean, amazingly well packaged, and pretty fast. The price was great for the quality and great shape. As it’s common in life, things happen and one piece of the right break or wheel stopper came broken. The seller was super helpful and without hesitation, he sent me a replacement after we texted about possible solutions. Thank you so much!   The shipping company reported an attempt to deliver the item, which is a lie, there was no such attempt. I waited over two months because the item I ordered was dropped off at one of the shipping company's delivery locations, and they didn't bother to inform me about it. Only after investigating was I able to locate the place where the item was left. I am a disabled person who uses a wheelchair, and it's not easy. I've been on eBay for many years and I've never had such a bad shopping experience
