  I don’t believe in sending negative reviews for eBay sellers, as some people make a living off this platform. However, the seller does need to maintain consistent communication, especially given the unfortunate situation that occurred. The item never arrived, and I requested a replacement. Despite my repeated requests, there has been no response from the seller, and the item still hasn’t arrived. This order was placed almost two weeks ago, and I kindly request that you do better in handling this

  High quality replacement part, arrived mostly intact despite sufficient packaging by the seller so not their fault as these trays are fragile anyway. Tabs on the tray that hold the front bezel in place were broken on arrival. Disappointing especially with good packaging but not a biggie as could easily be glued back together (you wouldn’t know). Replaced much more damaged drive tray. Promptly dispatched and arrived pretty quickly. Thank you! A++++++++++
