  I did not receive my order, as there was a mix up with the labels, but the seller was very quick to refund the total after I contacted them directly with the issue. Very honest, very apologetic—good customer service! I feel confident buying from them again in the future. What did end up coming in the mail came fast and was very well packaged.   El paquete llegó perfectamente y antes de la fecha estimada. Estoy completamente satisfecha tanto del envío como del producto (en este caso, los 7 mini-plushies) que han llegado perfectos y tal y como aparecen en la foto del anuncio. Agradezco mucho al vendedor por el servicio y por hacer que llegue en perfectas condiciones. Además, me pareció un precio muy económico, gracias por eso también.   AMAZING quality!! Even if the item got lost in postage for a month or two (not the seller's fault in the slightest, that's just how UK postage be) it was WELL worth the wait!! Very soft, very wearable, and looks AMAZING as described!! Packaging was very good, nothing was falling out of that, 10/10! Communication with the seller has been great, thank you again!!   I was really hesitant to order anything like this as it's my first time and honestly didn't wanna get scammed especially for the price which obviously is higher than would it would be buying these products in person, but after reading the stores reviews I felt way more at ease and these are a pretty hard to get set of hazbin merch so I bit the bullet.
