  This curtain is even prettier in person than it was in the listing!! I was super excited to get it. FedEx has recently disappointed me with missing packages so I was worried when the delivery for this was delayed by a couple days it would also be lost - thankfully not the case! Outside of FedEx's issues, shipping was super fast and the curtain was just as described when I pulled it out of the box. Thank you!

  While our order for this item was canceled by the seller, I still wanted to leave a review. They reached out right away and were very sincere in their apology for not being able to send us the item. They were quick to issue a refund to us. I am happy with their communication with us and the whole experience. I will be looking to buy from them again in the future.

  Have not had it installed yet so cannot speak to operation. Item was as described and arrived faster than expected. Lost one star due to packaging. There was not outer box other than the manufacturer's packaging. When it arrived, there were large holes at the corners and parts of the box torn apart. I do not think any parts were missing, but will find out when my contractor installs it next week. Highly recommend you invest in an outside shipping box in future.
