  Product was shipped very quickly. USPS couldn't get it out of the originating city for over a week and a half, and seller's communication with me was fantastic and even offered me the option of cancelling the sale. Fortunately I decided to wait a bit longer and eventually the package arrived. The tool was in excellent condition, just as described in the listing, and packaged well. The price was very fair. Would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.

  My wife just had surgery, and I explained to the seller just how important it was to me to get the ice therapy machine as quick as possible. They told me what it would cost, it was very reasonable, they readjusted the invoice to reflect the new shipping amount, I paid it, they sent it out promptly, and we received it 2 day FedEx, this whole transaction went well and I appreciate their professionalism and caring empathy.
