  Unfortunately for some reason eBay notified the seller that it could not be delivered.l contacted eBay and was told to wait till September.ln the meantime the seller cancelled the purchase without me agreeing to this action.Thankfully l got a full refund

  I worked and worked with this buyer to try and help him understand that there was something wrong with his mailing address in eBay’s system. He kept insisting that it was a postage issue (?) and then finally, after much back-and-forth, claimed that eBay told him to wait until after September 1? Is that even a thing? Anyway, I did my best and then told him I would hold his item aside so that once he got things straightened out he could still purchase. Still got negative feedback 😩
