  This seller was amazing. The package the item very well by packaging all 5 in bubble wrap and then packing all of them into more bubble wrap together. The seller was also very responsive and kept me updated very well. The condition is perfect and its appearance is amazing. I will definitely use this seller again in the future since they did such a wonderful job with this gift. It was priced perfectly and in such good quality.   I received the order fast and well packed. The communication was respectfully and even possible in German. Sadly one of my ordered devices was in bad condition and not according to the description. But because of the very good customer service we were able to find a good and fast solution for this issue in my interest. So overall I can recommend “Traum Japan” and I will consider it for future orders.

  I will be using this service again in the future and would recommend to those who want to pick up any games in the JP region. Games arrived to Ireland very fast, perfectly packaged with no damage. Games were fully covered in bubble wrap, with the packaging being tightly filled to ensure the games would not be damaged in transit. Everything advertised was delivered, with the game disks all being, from what I can tell, mint condition.

  The quality of the package was great games were secure and safe, and the condition of the games were perfect, they look awesome too can’t wait to really get to play them. The games also came faster than I expected which was amazing and the communication was amazing as well making sure I was up to date with my order, I really appreciate it, I’d also say they came at a great price too.
