For example, after the initial purchase, they got in touch and asked about the car that the rad was for, and then double check that you are actually buying the correct part, which was a nice touch. They also keep you updated throughtout the dispatch process, too many sellers here have forgotten about this part Couldn't really ask for more !

This is not an original part and the fit isn't as good as an OE grill but good value if you want a cheap replacement. Better option would be to spend a bit more buy a second hand replacement if you can find one in good conition. No issues with the seller, great price, quick delivery and good communication.

They didn't ask me to return it for them to inspect, but simply to take photos and upload them. Although the damage was indeed only slight, their (once again) very prompt reply was that a replacement would be with me asap. It arrived, in perfect condition, within four days!!
