  Great quality! The pateela arrived from India and the shipping was timely. I love using it to make biryani—it truly gives that authentic touch. Just a heads-up: the bottom isn’t flat, as it’s designed for gas stoves or open flame setups typical in traditional Indian kitchens. So it can be a bit wobbly on flat electric or induction cooktops. That said, I’ve gotten lots of compliments on it! The aluminum heats evenly and gets hot quickly, so just be cautious when handling. Overall, very pleased!
