  Disc is scratched on top, affecting the foil that the game data is read with. When holding the game up to light, you can see clear holes in the foil, so when the game is inserted, it cannot read and says invalid game. But they state that all their games are tested and verified - so that’s a lie, otherwise they would have caught it immediately - and so the only logical conclusion is that they purposely sent a defective game.
