  Orders 3900 did not say on advert that he cannot program radio and takes disc and data cable out never tellls you he Caen program radio up for full exspantion radios two free as other sellers program it up for nothing now it’s going to cost with 2 lots of post £35 to feet itdone avoid with the plain

  there is NO disc or data cable included from the supplier, as stated this is a UK LEGAL multistandard (pre-programmed) CB radio anything that is NOT mentioned in the listing is OBVIOUSLY not included or applicable, maybe you should have looked at our other listings where we DO offer the export mod and programming service and maybe you should have asked the question prior to purchasing rather than assuming
