  Arrived Day 15 from USA, which is about average. It was packed inside a small Jiffy-bag, though with no other packing at all. Item as photos shown.

  Advertised the item, I purchased it and then they reached out to tell me he must have shipped it to another person but had another one for sale at a higher price and would send me that one if I wanted. He said it was the better of the 2 items. When I clicked on the picture of the item it was not in good shape, the auger was chewed to pieces and not as advertised. I ask for a refund which I did get but beware when purchasing from this vendor. Make sure you get the right item.

  I did accidentally send the wrong strainer to another buyer a while ago, but I still had the one that I should have sent to them which was actually one that I had up for a higher value. I offered to ship that one to them, which was actually a better unit as it has the box, They never got back to me in time, even though I told them that I had a shipping deadline that I needed an answer before. I had to cancel and ultimately their money was refunded. This negative feedback is unwarranted.

  Shipping updates were very few and far between, this was the carrier's fault. Item as described. Packaging was not adequate as the hat had been slightly misshapened in transit as the Shipping box was damaged.c
