    First of all I appreciate the very fast shipping. Also the appearance was impeccable! The DVD was wrapped so very well and nice and neat!     I received the item from the seller perfectly packaged. After plugging in the unit, I inserted the first disk and it played well. I inserted the second disk and the system locked up, and I cannot get the disk out. I am very disappointed as the seller stated it was fully tested.

    I am very sorry to hear you experienced troubles. I did test the unit with 3 different discs and didn't have a problem whatsoever or I would not have sold it. This includes several cycles of loading and ejecting. I usually play 2-3 movies per unit, but keep in mind as a reseller, the amount of testing is limited to what is realistically possible. No jamming was ever observed. If I ever experience a problem, the unit will not be sold.
