  First I reached out to the shop owners and they are super nice. Great communication. The quality of their work is wonderful. Colors are perfect and details as well. The value is awesome because it will save me a lot of time had I needed to do my own murals like I’ve done for decades. But here with confidence! Oh, the packaging and shipping was perfect as well. Thanks a lot! Buy here for sure.

  I contacted the seller almost a month ago in regards to this issue. I let them know that the item had come damaged. It took quite a long time even just to get a response and then finally when they did, they said a new one was being sent and yet I’ve heard nothing for two solid weeks. I would not recommend the seller I would not order again. I want a refund!!!

  Poor communication, costly shipping, long shipping time and sent wrong size. The seller is not responding to requests and does not care about the concerns customer have. So disappointed. Sent me wrong size and when try to return it, they just accepted to refund after returning the item without providing the return shipping label for the wrong product they sent me. Had to sent 3 requests and still no response.

  Amazing quality, just what I wanted. Special request to make the bricks grey, it’s exactly what I wanted. Delivery was fast considering it was coming such a long way! Communication with seller was amazing, fast replies and very helpful! I now have one very happy little boy who loves his Spidey room, thank you again!

  Never received item. Requested to be refunded due to not receiving. I was told it was still on its way and there was no updates because it's international shipping. eBay closed the request out due to inactivity while I waiting patiently for product to arrive. No product and no funds returned .
