  Shipping was fast and well packaged. My issue is the drain did not come with the PVC flange as it would have if bought new from a big box store. I understand the sellers picture didn't show the part but the model number advertised has it, the original box the item came in shows it and it was not noted in the sellers description as missing or incomplete. I took my chances hoping the part was there but it wasn't. This resulted in me having to buy the missing part from a big box store. See pics.

  Seems to work, the dial is smaller than expected and hard to read while in AC vent. I would recommend to others to buy the 1 3/4 model.
