  Fast Ship-- Excellent Packing-- but when l hooked up item I found an issue with the Audio potentiometer. It had a loud scratchy crackling making signals hard to hear. Opened up box and sprayed contact cleaner several times alternating with turning gain knob back and forth to get it cleaned up! Got it working OK. Being seller listed item as "TESTED and All Working" they should have caught that, or listed that potentiometer needed cleaning. That reason for neutral feedback.
