    Received in Cyprus very quickly, item had detailed delivery status all the way from UK. I was aware of the date it arrived in Cyprus even if Royal Mail don't deliver here. Item was as described and well packed. I love this Bosal sew-in stabilizer and will order from Simply Solids again. Thank you.

    My order arrived promptly andvin good condition. They seller added my delivery instructions clearly on the outside of the package, which was large enough for the courier to see and follow. Thank you so much for that, it made a big difference to my delivery experience. The 'Wrap n zap' was folded and packed neatly. I have used this product before so I know what to expect from this product. I am making a new batch of bowl cosies that can be used in the microwave to table without burnt fingers.

    I did not receive the item and after 10 days I tried to contact the seller on 2 occasions with no response at all! Eventually, EBay refunded the cost I had paid for the item. I’m horrified to see that the seller is still advertising this pattern for sale. Wouldn’t go near the seller again - I am not one to complain and have used Ebuy since inception without complaint.
