  Buyer expected a sensor to be included in the sale which was not part of the description or shown in the multiple photos my listing provided. Rather than contact me and ask for the sensor before or after purchasing they opted to open a return case stating the part is defective. I responded that I could send you the sensor or you can change your dispute to state you ordered it incorrectly since they did not verify prior to purchasing. Sad, that they were rude cause they were wrong.

  Product was just as described and in working condition. Shipping and handling both missed by a day. Had to reach out to seller about shipping to make sure it would be shipping out as it missed handling time listed.

  Customer service is outstanding. Shipper caused issues in delivery time, but original vendor was very responsive and helpful.
