  Ordered men's golf top - pictures showed it dark charcoal. Description lists blue. I thought maybe blue tint dark grey.When arrived, it was very blue. Asked for a return.The seller sent 3 sarcastic, unprofessional, disrespectful messages. I have better things to do than argue with a seller over $20. Called me a scammer. In 2,349 transactions since 2004, this is seller is the most abusive ever. I reported to eBay. Seller finally authorized return- not returning,don't trust this abusive seller.

  The item was accurately described and matched the photos. Buyer sent a low offer, which I accepted. After receiving the item, they falsely claimed it was "not as described" and demanded a refund without returning it. I followed eBay policy and declined. I expected this negative feedback as retaliation. Calling me “abusive” for not agreeing to a refund without return is unfair. I always act professionally and with integrity, even in difficult cases.
