    These folks are great to buy from, and even better when you have a problem. The laptop was as described, in great condition, and exactly what I wanted. Shipping was fast. The only problem was the short battery life. They were quick to respond to my message, had me check a couple of things, and sent a replacement battery right away. WOW, I was impressed. I will not hesitate to buy from them again.

    There was a mistake with my package where I had received the wrong laptop (6th gen), and I thought I had gotten scammed! Thankfully the customer service was very patient with me and was willing to exchange the laptop for the correct one. The laptop itself apart from the issues was in very good condition, it looked brand new. All in all I m very happy that they replied to my concerns quickly, and I would consider buying from them again.

    I am very satisfied with the quality and description of the product, and how it was very safely packed, and shipped quickly. The seller did everything right - especially the listing details which were as listed / written. When I messaged them with a question they responded promptly. Recommend.

    This is the first time I've bought a refurbished laptop and it's amazing! Exactly what I needed since I'm always on Zoom meetings and constantly multitasking so I needed a laptop that had enough power. Shipping was super fast, received in 2 days and it was ready to use right out of the box with no issues and its in Great condition! The seller has been very responsive and answered any questions. I definitely recommend this seller and I will absolutley buy from them again in the future!

    Awesome seller, their products are 100 percent as advertised. Had some problems at home but nothing to do with this seller or their product.
