  Had to ask several times for necessary instructions. The instructions finally led to a download that apparently included a few models of TVs but not mine. Nobody’s fault - I didn’t specify my particular model before ordering. I now have a fancy doorstop.

  Remote was shipped and packed well. It works just as we were hoping for. I would have to say it was tested to make sure it would work and it does.
