  The item, which arrived quickly, was packaged professionally and securely. The City Lights dress and its container are as described and photographed. The seller provided multiple, clear pictures of the front and back of the container, as well as closeups at various angles. Also, the seller displayed excellent communication skills by responding to an e-mail request promptly and communicating with me over time at various intervals in a courteous, friendly manner.   Shipping was reasonable l, packaging is always amazing with Poplife81, Baby Sunribbon arrived in fantastic condition as described, sealed in a baggie wrapped in colorful heart-shaped bubble wrap in a cute purple box. Included was a MLP outfit, a bone and beyond, a great value, thank you!   Both items as described, the fur coat in perfect condition, the plastic window of Barbie's box a bit yellowed (but hard to notice because of the color of the background). Seller is responsive, friendly and was ready to make a combined listing so it was a really great price. Packaging was ultra-safe and what's more: pretty too, designed exactly for a Barbie fan!   The customer service was excellent from beginning to end. She answered my questions in a polite and timely manner. The package came with free stickers in an envelope that sealed with a "thank you" sticker. She also wrote a "thank you" message on the invoice. The figures were perfectly packed. No damaged came to them during delivery thanks to the durable and lovely box they were packed in. I'd love to do business again with Pop Life!
