  The product does not work. The only thing that worked on it was the alarm mechanism. I am totally disappointed with it. Not worth the value I paid and the packaging was terrible. Not professional at all. There were so many layers of packaging it took me five minutes or so to get to the defective product.

There was no indication that this was a perfectly working item and was thus listed under "parts." As for the packaging, we always add multiple layers to prevent damage in transit. We are sorry that it took you awhile to remove these layers. But without, you would have received a damaged item! Please contact us at your earliest convenience.
