  Product came as described in good working order. Was easy to work with once the product was purchased. Packaging was very good. Shipping was slow but that was a usps issue. This is my first Snap-On torque wrench and I like it. Wish it had a case with it but that's ok. Very good ebayer would purchase from again.

  Everytime I buy a clarinet for parts,the shipping seems to be on the high side. Other than that it was ok. Packaging is always good. Clarinet was as described. Value was fine for a parts only instrument.
