    The item arrived poorly packaged and with broken-off pieces. Loose parts rattled inside the package which wasn't right. I do have video of opening the package and seeing the model with detached parts (shown in the attached photos). This is the third time I have reported this with no reply from the seller as there is no contact seller option available. Very frustrating. How can I obtain a refund?
