Delivered to wrong address 50 miles from me, found their mistake and then sent to wrong address again 7 miles from me. After no delivery to me after 3 days called customer service. They finally found my package at the last wrong address and sent a driver back to get it and deliver it to me late Friday. BAD FEDEX but GOOD SELLER! If FEDEX merged with UPS we would all be FEDUP

They were not in brand new condition as advertised. Sent pics to seller and they agreed but spent more time blaming the manufacturer instead of trying to make it right with the customer. Not very good customer service and a poor representation of the product they sell. So had to request refund and send them back but lost confidence in buying anything else.
