  Fantastic service from these guys. Sent a question via email, the response was very quick and worthwhile. Order the part and it was delivered the next day by Royal Mail. Yes NEXT DAY by post office. Anyway, great service and would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you

  Title: Wrong item sent – seller blames the buyer Review: The item was listed as compatible with my vehicle (Kia Carnival III 2.9 CRDi from 2006), but what I received did not fit. I ordered using the correct vehicle data and key number, yet the seller blamed me for the mistake. No responsibility taken and no goodwill offered. I also had to pay over €150 in workshop costs. Very disappointing – not recommended.

  Dear customer thanks for false feedback that you left , as we check our conversation we understand that you order it the wrong part ,and refuse to return it for refund but demanded from us refund and wanted to keep part with you, and by eBay policy for refund you most return the part back ,and after that we tried to help you, but then you started to manipulation with us to keep the part and as well get the money back.And as we can see by messages you even didn't even checked if it's right one .
