    Great communication, but denied any stains or damages despite multiple pics proof. They didn’t show sides of the ponies that had stains (like the pink/orange stains) that were unwashable/the lighting of their pictures hid these blue marks on one of them. Tried to negotiate partial refund since I have no materials/transportation for return and still want to keep the rest that came as described but seller refused, not understanding my accessibility situation. Shipping cost was a bit too high.
