  shipping wasnt bad but the fact the heed wasnt supposed to come off at all when i carefully removed it from its packaging and the head popped off in the package stuffing was an obvious problem since there was no warning about the head wasnt naturally secured in the item description or carefully checked before typing the info or got back to me after my last few messages about the item i received or its condition when it arrived.
