I would love to buy their product, but FedEx continues to damage the treadmill during shipping. The seller sent out 3 new treadmills and FedEx broke all 3. I wanted this T25, it is a good treadmill for a good price, and the seller did a great job working with me, but FedEx in Knoxville TN goes out of their way to break them.
