  Sold as a "scratch and dent". Missing the permanent filter and sent with 12 cup carafe: not the 14 cup in the listing. Moderately heavily used as evidenced by corroded hot plate. I contacted seller who sent an immediate snarky response: "We're sorry to hear that you did not received everything. Per our Seller Note, this listing is a Scratch & Dent/ USED condition, and original parts/ accessories may not be included. Thus it was sold with a huge discount." HORRIBLE SELLER. DO NOT BUY.
