  Seller refused to refund a missing battery in this New "Open Box" item, claiming it was already known and accounted for in the low price. The description stated the item came with both. They did not argue when I pointed out the one battery we did receive was not even OEM. Seller is also very difficult to communicate with, to a point that feels intentional. Customer service repeated the same claims from their "shipping team" over and over again. (There were no shipping issues.) Beware.
