I received the shoes and they look nice but they are at least a full size too big. I tried putting some padding stickers in the tongue and wearing thick socks, still they are way too large. I really wish they fit. :(

However, there are times when we can't satisfy all customers for shoe sizes because their shapes vary from person to person. For this design, we recommend half size smaller ones than customer's usual Sneakers Shoes size. This is the best recommendation for these loafers based on our data.

First time every buying leather shoes from this specific brand was kinda worried due to the overall price of the shoe and not being familiar with their work. But was really surprised with the great communication and overall quality of the shoes.

I have wide feet and asked the seller if these shoes would be suitable. They told me that they would be fine since the shape of the shoe is quite square. Unfortunately the shoes were still too narrow for me, so I had to return them. Initially I thought that I would need to send them back to Korea, which would have cost more than the shoes, but the next day the seller contacted me with an option to return to a US address instead which only cost around $30 vs the $300+ to send to Korea

Please understand our situation.Returning cost from USA to Korea is expensive. So, we receive the retured shoes to an address in USA for customers in USA, we pay international return shipping cost from USA to Korea. This is our customer service we can do best. So, please be aware of that shipping cost 38.99USD we receive is not expensive.
