How this arose was not known by the seller, and it may have arisen at the supplier to the seller and not been apparent until the plastic wrapping was removed by me. Whatever, the seller immediately responded to my query, and offered either a full refund on return, or a discount for cleaning. I opted for the latter, and the problem was therefore quickly resolved. Thanks.
