    Seller did a poor job of packaging a volvo dipstick I bought from them (threw it loosely in a cardboard tube with no padding). It then arrived with the upper plastic portion broken. Was quick to response that he would not provide a refund or any compensation for his mistake. Would not recommend buying from them.
