  There was an error with my order. I contacted the seller and got a quick and helpful reply. They resent the correct one out the same day. Love service like that. Accidents happen, so I appreciated the prompt resend. The product is as described and will look great for Halloween. Good value for money with what you get. Would definitely buy from this shop again.

  This is a fabulous hat, just as described, and great value. Sturdy felt material that will keep its shape. I had wonderful communicative service from the seller after I realised I had chosen the ‘hat only option’ rather than that of the ‘hat and beads’ option. The seller promptly responded and guided me to the beads I wanted. Delightful seller!

  Sadly Evri wouldn’t deliver my parcels and so I can’t review the hats but the company were brilliant. When I informed them that Evri had screwed up they gave me a full refund and cancelled the delivery their end. Really impressed with such decisive and quick action - made me a happy customer and would definitely buy from the company again (just will try not to use Evri!)
